I think I finally decided on my tattoo.. I want this star on my arm.. I would have to fix it up on Illustrator though. Hopefully the arabic is nothing derrogatory. What do you think?

What a month it's been. It's been busy, and full of bullshit.. and it's only Oct. 17th! At least I can look forward to my lunch at work.. Mmm.. Starbucks Zen Green Tea, and anime playing on my PSP... Things are much better during lunch.
First and foremost I have to apologize to my wonderful friends and family, whom I've neglected. I am truly sorry for being distant and difficult to reach. Please forgive me, it had nothing to do with you. Here is a quick run down of what has happened.
Cons: They always outweigh the pros..
- I still have not found a new job, but they have allowed me to work full time at my current job.
- My lovely grandmother was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease.
- My mother has been undergoing several tests (including allergy) to pinpoint the cause of her chronic coughing.
- Mother still doesn't understand me and never will.
- I've been neglecting to take care of myself and my home..
- I was unable to pre-order the Nintendo Wii for my sister. I'm sorry hun.
- My relationship has been . . . . . hence my top song "Save Yourself."
- My enrollment at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh/Online has been permanently terminated. Must start all over (a third time) in another college...
- AIO loans will need to be paid back soon..
- Have to pay back a few people. ><
- XBL's vision camera is the center of madness. People do obscure things or have crushes on me... so troublesome.
Pro: On the plus side..
+ I am now part of a gaming Podcast with my friend Grim Santo and his friend Yo Yo.
+ Attended a TOOL show with my cousins in Long Island. Great show.
+ I am up-to-date with Bleach.
+ Currently watching Noein - Mou Hitoru no Kimi e, NANA, Blood +, Ergo Proxy, Kasimasi, Strawberry Panic, and Death Note all at the same time.
+ Possible freelance graphic design work.
+ Looking into a Tattoo apprenticeship.
+ Looking into colleges that major in Graphic Design. Anthony and I agreed to choose the same school and classes to support each other through college.
+ Currently working on one full year of Pyscho Teddy (Saiko Tedi) comics for a future comic website.
+ FFXII comes out on Halloween. (Yay something to look forward to.)
+ Planning on selling my laptop. If anyone is interested please let me know. It's still on warranty.

sleepyLuis offered me a six pack of beer and I took it. Awww the sweetness of Corona... So yummy. I only had one, but it was enough. I've failed in quitting. Funny thing was I really didn't feel good afterwards. Maybe it was the food and guilt eating away at the beer. I hope the guys enjoyed the rest of that six pack.

Lego's are the shit. Tripping on your dog sucks. sleepyAnthony came over today. We watched Hayao Miyazaki's [Studio Ghibli] Nausicaä of the Valley of Wind. Patrick Steward and Uma Thurman do voices on it. It was pretty cool. I liked it better then Princess Mononoke. (Mononoke sucks imo.) Then we played video games for the rest of the night.
Gary bought me Dead Rising on Wed. I played for a bit on Wed. night and I saved it. It said that I am at lvl 2. I'm suppose to kill a guy named Carlito... but I died. Now when I start the game it says my level, but it makes me start over. I don't get it. Ant and I couldn't figure it out. 
I've always loved legos from when I was little. I have to admit that I still purchase legos every now and then. I just cannot help it. I'd also admit that I am a Star Wars geek. Posters, figures, games, TV guides, movies from Beta to DVD, even Lego Technic Star Wars... Yup I have them... Anyway, my sis and I got Lego Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy. Yes the one and only trilogy you should really watch.. (but Natalie Portman is so yummy. Check out my Lego Star Wars II review here.
Outside of games and anime, things are alright. I had a quiet week off. Nothing really happened. On 9/11 I was in the WTC "Ground Zero" area to watch Ant's band I-Crisis. They played at the Pussy Cat Lounge. On the secodn floor there is a stage for bands, but the first floor is a titty bar. Yup, I went to my first titty bar. lol I-Crisis had alot of fun even though they had some goof-ups. Preston was all pimped out that night. I was expecting him to take home a hoe. lol The girls in the bar were nothing special. In fact the whole titty bar thing was just dumb. Strippers are the way to go.
Five days has passed and I still have not drank soda or alcohol. (Yay, go me!) It's really really hard to not drink soda. Alcohol is easy. Soda is not. Fast food chains always have soda. Usually the alternatives are yucky. It was interesting to go into a McDonald's at 1 AM, order grub and then ask to not include the soda and replace it with water. Water <3. I thought people were going to jump me. lol
I am looking into a Production Artist position with a NYC based game developer. Now I am working on my cover letter and portfolio. Wish me luck. I've also been getting more freelance work. Tomorrow I have to meet up with a client for some flyer design. Using printed work will help with my portfolio.
Oh and one last thing.. I was playing Star Wars earlier and stopped for a water break. Stupid me didn't think to slow down and look at the floor after opening the curtain. Well instead of doing that, I kinda kicked and tripped on the dog. >.> She cried and ran in a circle and then ran in her bed. I hurt my toes, and almost fell. Hey I didn't expect her to be lseeping in front og the curtain. Worse part was waking up my sis. My dog is alright but my toes still hurt. Oh well.

artisticJackson Pollock is one of my favorite artists. He began painting with his (often very large) canvases on the floor, and developed what was called his "drip" (or his preferred term, "pour") technique. He used his brushes as implements for dripping paint, and the brush never touched the canvas.
Of course art is subjective and many have argued stating that his work is not art. Looking at a Pollock painting in person is remarkable. There is so much going on in his paintings. Most of his paintings are rather large and his studio was very small. I've stepped into a replica of his studio in a museum in NYC. Very small, and bare.
Pimpscooby, a fellow TPN member posted a site which allows you to create your own Pollock painting. It's a flash site based on his pour technique. The site is very responsive, though you can hit a few snags. If you leave the mouse in one spot you'll have a blob. If you move slowly the paint will be poured thick. Move fast and the paint will be poured very thin. Clicking the mouse changes the color. I used the website with my drawing tablet and it worked very well. I had the pen in the air, over the tablet, to let the paint fall just like Pollock. I only hit the tablet to change the color. Such a great site. Give it a try. It's very fun.

exhaustedI woke up at 10:30 AM to hammering.
Construction was "completed" in May.
However a shelter was never constructed over the porch..
...and now I have construction at my home... again.
The part that pissed me off is that my grandfather doesn't tell us shit.
My mom knew last night but didn't bother to tell us.
I hope the construction doesn't last liong...
Fuck this shit- I'm going shopping. Maybe I'll buy a dress or something.

Good News, but Yikes to bites!
irritatedThings are turning out for the better. I was able to get $1000 to pay for my tuiton. Classes start on Monday, July 11th. The first class is a really easy and lame course.. CPU101 Computer Literacy. I'm required to take this class so I am stuck with it. You would think going to class online would require some Computer Literacy. It makes no sense but I have to take it until August 16th, 2006. Afterwards I have to retake Illustration for Game Art. I don't understand how I failed that course in the first place.. Whatever.
I received a message from K0NY and Quan this morning. The XBOX 360 is at K0NY's house now. I am pretty excited about it. Im looking forward to DOA4 and Geometry Wars. lol Now I have to get one of those XBOX 360 wireless network adapters. Hopefully they don't work like crap. I also have to figure out how to connect another S-Video on this monitor. Perhaps there is a switch that will allow multiple connections through 1 S-Video port. I have to look into it... Just gotta get the money straight.
On another gaming note, Darkstalkers for PSP arrived today. It was sealed, brand-new and I only spent $15! WOOT!
Thursday I got 6 Mosquito bites.. Now I have 9 below my knees! I don't understand why these bugs love me so. I wish they would just leave me alone! These bites are sooo annoying! I've been putting on Benadryl Anti-Itch Creme to stop the itching. I've also been concentrating VERY hard not to scratch.. It's so annoying. This is what has happened. The bites are red, large, and hard. I don't scratch and this is happens. My right leg alone has 7 bites, 3 of which are on my inner ankle. My ankle hurts really bad and it looks swollen... I tried Rubbing Alcohol and Benadryl. I don't know what to do anymore. The damn bites will not go down.

July of Fourth
jubilant I went down to Lucky's for some Fourth fun. When am I not at Lucky's? lol
Tim was sick but he was there.. Mother Unique and Lisa were sick so they weren't there. Timeless performed at 9:30 to a crowd of 12. :( It was a nice little "VH1 Storytellers" kinda gig. lol
[Above] Denis on bass.. Kyle on drums.. Interestingly it was a nice "unplugged" set though those weren't their main instruments...
[Below] Then they did a metal version of "Baby Got Back." Denis refused to drum so Kyle sang AND played the drums to it.. It's harder then you think!
